the DoJ will insist its judgement on what is and is not injurious to the national defense, etc. is ABSOLUTE. As if any "Iran Invasion Plan" designed by Mark Milley - who also authored the "Kabul Withdrawl Plan" - would be worth any more than the paper it was written on.

Trump’s indictment is going to the Supreme Court. There it will fall under the Presidential Records Act. LOL. Kavanaugh and Roberts will vote to end Trump forever.

The last place Dems want Trump is in jail and a martyr. The first place they want him is on the ballot in 2024. they put "Lula" in jail in Brazil, and it made him more popular, and back into the presidency. And he is a year older than Trump.
