Adam Arkin , Alans’ son did some
NORTHERN EXPOSURE work which was
Hilarious!!!!
IIRC
A very funny movie!
A very very good actor a real pro at his craft.
Yuppers...
That is a Good one.
Wonderful actor with an impeccable sense of timing.
RIP
Yes, he was great as Adam the embittered gourmet chef living alone out in the woods!
I actually hadn’t made the connection with Arkin’s real name being Adam until now.
When I was in the 4th grade my teacher had the class all write letters to Alan Arkin for some benign reason I can’t remember now. He actually replied. I thought that was pretty cool. RIP.
Fantastic in “Wait Until Dark!” One of my all time favorites!!
I remember him from “The Russians Are Coming, The Russians Are Coming,” but that was a long, long time ago.
My favorite role of his is as the police captain in So I Married an Axe Murderer.
Mike Myers character wants him to be a rough and tough police captain boss but he isn’t and tries to play act one to make Mike Myers’ character happy
Very funny one.
All time Classic!
saw The Russians at the Drive in on 1.00 a car night as a kid. Watched it several times since. Also read my dad’s copy of catch 22 as a kid. Loved the 7% solution, who gets to play Sigmund Freud, with Robert DuVal as Watson, and Laurence Olivier as Moriarty. Alan Arkin that’s who.
Wait Until Dark with Audrey Hepburn.
Quote: Those guys had comic book minds. I let them do it their way. In the end, it was me Topsy and them Turvy.
No, Alan Arkin did not play Little Miss Sunshine!
THAT’S who that guy always reminded me of!!!
THAT’S who that guy always reminded me of!!!
... I mean besides Joe Rogan. J/K
He did go back to do it again. That was a wonderful movie!
Still one of my favorites, especially the scene with Phil Hartman.
