Pre -cooked “Jack Daniels” Pulled Pork.
Warm in microwave - done! Taste like homemade. Delicious!

Kielbasa is very much a Pittsburgh area thing. I’ve eaten them out many times. Will have to try them at home.

LOL! You have a very creative daughter.

A favorite Japan summertime dish is called "okonomiyaki" which literally means "baked whatever you like."

Bean sprouts, onion and pepper slices, chunks of octopus, pork or chicken all fried in a pancake like batter, sometimes press-baked in a double iron and served with bulldog sauce (tastes like a thick combination of soy sauce, A1 and Worchester sauce).

Yum!

Speaking of which, I was looking for some answers to some questions I was asked related to this discussion, and I was really surprised to find what I did. Some of the similar appliances with interchangeable plates now have takoyaki plates included. Im not surprised those are spreading, seems to have taken its time.

On hot days we like pasta salad with chunks of cold leftover chicken thrown in. If no leftovers chicken, then a can of chicken breast works.
