I don't know about any of you but I LOVED PeeWee and his various shows and movies. He was exceptionally funny and talented and it's a shame that he's gone.

“...He was a pervert...”
He might have been, but at least he never hurt anyone else (at least I’ve never heard any stories that he ever hurt anyone but himself).
Faint praise, I know, but he WAS an undeniably funny actor.

He was an imperfect person but was a talented actor who I don’t remember telling us what to think or who to vote for. He doesn’t deserve the crap he’s going to get on this thread.

I was neither a fan, nor did I hate him. But I will say I appreciate that they kept his failing health a family and private matter. A lot of people on this planet suffer through deaths daily, yet entertainers, athletes, etc., expect us to treat theirs personal lives and ordeals as something special and more important than most everyone elses.

I wonder if they ever renamed that movie theater 'Pee Wee's Playhouse'.....
Another fun character was the one he played in 'Mystery Men'.

He was a pervert. Good riddance. He was a comic genius, and you are a dull little man.

I never watched Pee Wee Herman because the character was repulsive to me. I do have to admire Paul Reubens for not making his illness a big me-me-me deal, though, so RIP.
