What in the world is wrong with people? I was expecting it to be a 20 year old influencer, but this man is 52/
I think I am just as angry at the people who gave him this slap on the wrist. This will not discourage the next idiot.
Maybe he will face angry spirits from the bygone era as in the mummy movies.
From History Today:
Alleged victims of the curse included Prince Ali Kamel Fahmy Bey of Egypt, shot dead by his wife in 1923; Sir Archibald Douglas Reid, who supposedly X-rayed the mummy and died mysteriously in 1924; Sir Lee Stack, the governor-general of the Sudan, who was assassinated in Cairo in 1924; Arthur Mace of Carter’s excavation team, said to have died of arsenic poisoning in 1928; Carter’s secretary Richard Bethell, who supposedly died smothered in his bed in 1929; and his father, who committed suicide in 1930.
((article said no curse was proven to be found at the tomb despite the rumor))
Tutankhamun’s Curse?
The archaeologist Howard Carter died on 2 March 1939.

Didn't do anything to it. Just removed the dirt around it.
Put the freakin' dirt back and everyone relax.
OK, buddy, same to you
...and stay away from my sandstone!
Never heard of it, so thanks. Had to look it up.
“Sinister street punks” and evil spirits inhabiting people.
Where do they come up with these imaginative things? Other than daily news stories about city life.
[...enigmatic” cup marks carved into their surface...]
Aren’t those panholes (a depression or basin eroded into flat or gently sloping cohesive rock.)? Notice there are no markings on the portion that was in the ground. I guess I should stop digging up and moving the boulders in my yard because a neo-lithic American might have sat there in the past?
As long as you don't post a video about it.
What am I missing? The guy dug up a rock that could or could not have been some ancient marker. So what?
I guess I can some to your house, dig up your entire yard, and leave your furniture outside?
Yea, just looks like a rock to me I have a bunch in my yard that resemble it. I guess the pagans in government don't like people messing with their rock god.
As supposed ancient monuments go (not that I’m an expert) I’m not impressed by this rock.
This isn’t Stonehenge or the GA Guidestones. Isn’t relocating rocks a bit of a national past time there?
That would be great. When can I expect you?
Bring a backhoe.
“Significant archaeological information has been lost forever, and although some evidence may remain, the significance and value of the part of the monument damaged has been significantly diminished.
Significantly, I am sure....pert near $4400 worth!
Is that you, Kameltoe?
Looks like an Indian love stone to me.
blood eagle them
“ Well, if you come from Abertridwr, Caerphilly I guess you’d just naturally go over to Eglwysilan mountain and mess with the sandstone stuff. “
These people don’t know how to spell.
