Correct. I have no proof but I am convinced that there is some kind of kickback to the politicians who vote for so much foreign aid. Why else would they willingly send so much money overseas instead of spend it in the States on their pet causes that gets them votes? Money directly into their offshore bank accounts is much more enriching.
How many kickbacks do you think are being ‘rewarded’ by sending $130 billion of our hard earned money to Ukraine? Wars have always been profitable...
