I wouldn’t be so fast to blame it on race though. There seems to be a lot of incels out there, lots of addicts.
I did find a possible Facebook page. If it is the right page, then he seems OK with black people but might be upset with women. It doesn’t look like they are going for hate crime charges though, so I doubt they will bother to explore motive too much unless he claims that they made his life a misery in some way, living below him.
