Check out the video. The WF employees try to make the customer use the drive through, them wear a muzzle when the customer wants to do her business in the bank. Then the bank calls the cops on the customer. The customer stands her ground the entire time, and it looks like WF will be losing a decent sized account soon.
And why in God’s name does a BANK have a muzzle mandate?!

Simpleton banking needs, sure, but you live hand to mouth. Other people have banking needs that involve people.
