You can get the real thing at a Mitsuwa, but it’s very pricey. The green stuff that most people think of is not wasabi.

Nearly all the “wasabi” sold in the US is horseradish dyed green. The real stuff is too expensive.

I remember I’m not eating wasabi again, and it’s been decades.

There are many health foods available from Japan:

1) Tofu for lowering cholestero)Wasabi for mental acuity

2) Miso soup as an anticarcinogen ( do not boil)

3)Wasabi for mental acuity

4) Ivermectin ( derived from a soil bacteria found only in Japan).....destroys covid virus, antiparasitic, also can dissolve tumors, cures river blindness.

There are many others. Japan has a plethora of dietery support for various physical conditions. Have trouble sleeping, drink 8 ounces of heated sake, sip it slowly. Your innards warm up on a metabolic rush, and you'll be sleeping like a baby in 10 minutes.

May I ask which one you prefer? In my 20’s my internist said to take a One a Day vitamin. Nowadays, good additions for seniors include lutein for eye health or calcium for bones, etc.

Centrum Senior or Costco equivalent comes to mind. Vitamin D and zinc are very important. I do not take a multi vitamin at present due to the large volumes of pills and powders, both Rx and nutraceuticals, I currently take to counter adverse clot shot damage.

Prior to getting the clot shot I had started taking zinc and noticed memory improvement.

That site I sent you also sells starts if you want to grow your own. They are tricky to grow if you don’t have ideal conditions.

Thanks, Centrum SR is probably a good choice.

Sorry, I “forgot” one of the biggest helps for the brain, execise. 30 minutes a day, six days a week, rest on the 7th.

That is documented to reduce need for over 90% of chemical Rx.
