E. Pluribus Unum:
"With all this winning by Ukraine, why isn’t the war over yet?" That would be a question for Vlad the Invader.
Early in 2022, Vlad turned down an opportunity for a peace deal with Ukraine because Vlad still believed in his 3-week "special military operation" to conquer all of Ukraine.
Since roughly June 2023, Vlad has been singing a different song, claiming, no, no, it wasn't him who turned down a peace deal, it was the Americans who forced Ukraine to say "no".
The war will be officially over when Russia withdraws the last of its troops from recognized Ukrainian territories.
At the current rate of events, that will be a very long time in the future.

bimboeruption:
"This thread brought to you by the Ministry of Propaganda of Ukraine." With many uncensored opposing views from the Russian Ministry of Propaganda.
If I understand correctly, such services go or went by names such as:
- Russian censorship apparatus --Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media,[a] abbreviated as Roskomnadzor, since 2008
- Russian web brigades aka "troll farms" using sockpuppets, social bots and large-scale orchestrated trolling and disinformation campaigns
- Russia Today -- aka RT
- Sputnik news agency
- Russian proxy sites like Strategic Culture Foundation, New Eastern Outlook, Crimea-based news agency NewsFront and SouthFront
- Prigozhin's Internet Research Agency aka: "Trolls from Olgino" and "Kremlin Bots", defunct since July 2023, replaced by whom?
- Presidential Commission of the Russian Federation to Counter Attempts to Falsify History to the Detriment of Russia's Interests
defunct since 2012, replaced by whom?

Absolutely! No worries.
Hard to decide which is sillier: the foolish inaccurate content or your repetitiveness of such! 😄

The European Commission (EC) has substantially raised its growth projection for the Russian economy this year, issuing revised figures in its Autumn 2023 Economic Forecast released on Wednesday.
Russia’s economy is set to rebound on the back of “stronger-than-earlier expected domestic demand underpinned by fiscal stimulus,” according to the EC.
Brussels now expects the sanctioned country’s GDP to grow by 2% this year, a sharp increase from its May prediction of 0.9%. In 2024 and 2025, the Russian economy will grow by 1.6% each year, driven by strong domestic demand.

“Estimates on the cost of Ukraine’s reconstruction have varied. A report by the World Bank in March 2023 put the figure at $411 billion, but others have put the number at higher than $1 trillion.”

Kazan:
"Russia’s economy is set to rebound on the back of “stronger-than-earlier expected domestic demand underpinned by fiscal stimulus,” according to the EC.

In 2024 and 2025, the Russian economy will grow by 1.6% each year, driven by strong domestic demand." What's certain is the old Russian economy based on Western investments and technology, that economy is pretty much over and done now.
What Vlad the Invader has done to replace the West is to turn East, to the CCP's Xi-snake for support and to "neutral" India for exports of especially Russian oil.
Add in Russia-friendly Iran and we have a new Axis of Evil emerging to challenge the West on many fronts, from Ukraine to Israel to Taiwan and beyond.
Cold War II will not necessarily follow the same trajectory as Cold War I -- for one thing, Old Soviet KGB, Vlad the Invader, learned much from Soviet failures in Cold War I and will try hard not to repeat those.
For another, the CCP's China is a vastly different place today from what it was in, for example, 1990.
