I agree. That was horrific. Did artificial turf cause that?

Yeah. That knee will never be the same. Very sad.

FWIW the Jags QB is now in the concussion protocol so their season is virtually over.

Rookie undrafted free agent making good. That usually means a very hard worker. Very sad.

“His career may be over”

You never know. That’s what they said about Willis McGahee and he played in the nfl for quite a while.

Sports medicine is unbelievable.

I think it was back in the 70’s was watching the Lions loose (as usual) when the QB was running and his knee buckled. Later in the game the same thing happened to lion’s backup QB.
One if not both fumbled when it happened.

Lions had a lot of bad things happen in the 70s: Chuck Hughes, Don McCafferty just to name a few.

Very sad. I always thought it was very touching at the end of a game when the players hug each other, after they played like warriors trying to knock each other’s heads off, because they know every game they play might be their last.

A lot of these players know each other, from college or having been teammates on other teams or having attended football camps together.................

I was watching the game but didn’t see that. Horrible. Hope he recovers and too bad for him ... and the Ravens. He brought another dimension to their offense.
