This is about Russia. Ukraine doesn’t figure prominently in this installation of Inside Russia.
The Reptiloid article to which Constantine refers is actually an example of a communist mis-information tactic. Pravda prints a ridiculous, extreme editorial that nobody believes. Then it prints a counter to that which is more “reasonable,” meaning the lies are more subtle and believable. Faced with the two alternatives, the reader “rejects” the ridiculous article and runs with the “reasonable” article, thinking they have triumphed over the ham-handed attempt to dupe them with that nonsense. I would not be at all surprised if there is an alternative article saying, “gosharooti, westerners are not really reptiloids. Come on, man. They’re just plotting the demise of Russia because they want to divide up our land-locked sh!t-hole and exploit its mineral wealth. They forgot to do that in 1991 because they were drunk.” And Ivan-Vodka-and-Borsht swallows that line, laughing all the way about “reptiloids”.
