Even if you overlook the death of the baby, the abortion leaves you with a need for after care. If the parents do not know how can they provide it?

Also, how do these parents not notice anything? Hey, our daughter wasn't home on a school night, the school won't let us see the doctor's note (wait, what doctor?), and now she's walking around like she's in pain/post-op lethargy, and oh where did all these pain pills come from..?
