The man probably did pass the English test. However, with Alzheimer's he probably forgot everything he learned. With his state of mind, good luck teaching him any English. Alzheimer's disease involves parts of the brain that control thought, memory, and language.
Reminds me of new neighbor of my Dad. My stepmom had beginning stage ALZ and thinking the same neighbors lived next door would knock and enter their home. My Dad was very ill - heart- and this neighbor came over yelling at him..keep your f’ing wife off my property. Luckily neighbors all around them explained to them she was harmless. This man personally apologized many times after my Dad passed. He was a good guy, but protective of his home.
My Dad was so humiliated that he never made peace with this neighbor, which is sad..
Because they are black. Blacks are a scourge.
The reason they thought he wanted to rob or steal the car is because that's what they would have done. To them, it's just natural.
OK, so it's a mix of previous facts and knowledge which develops a good-faith and common-sense presumption.
In the past, blacks may have been prejudiced only because of their color and their status as former slaves. But now their behavior in general with some exceptions of course, is developing a good-faith, common-sense presumption.
The Satanic Delusional Lying Left calls this "profiling", "prejudice", and "racism". But in fact it is, or should be, common sense and self interest in protecting oneself and society from a proven threatening pattern of behavior.
So there should be a presumption regarding black when it comes to brutal violent behavior and that presumption can be rebutted by clear and convincing evidence to the contrary.
IMO, that's the way it should be. But along with the nasty problems of the lies of the Left, you also have those that simply hate blacks because of their skin color and general appearance which add fuel to the Leftist fire.
One thing for sure: the federal government has NO CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY to meddle with how blacks or anyone else is treated. With the exception that states are forbidden from having segregation laws (14th A), the rest is a state's issue. And EVERYBODY would be better off that way.
I think government interference and force has done more harm than good as unconstitutional goent acts and laws always do. The 1964 Civil Rights Act should be repealed as unconstitutional and miserable. We'd all be better off including the blacks.
