I don’t ever recall women using the urinals, but woman were given priority for the stalls. Just my recollection.
Not too bad because usually they pair a baby boomer with a female pilot. So that's fine. Wait until all the baby boomers retire. And we see all female crews (I'm not against them if they got there on merit and they're actually competent).
