There appear to be two blades relatively intact and one shattered and scattered.
My guess is the metal tower started to buckle from stress or wind pressure and the top started going off vertical.
At some point, the blade that shattered hit the tower and exploded sending shards all over the ground, and the generator and other two blades stopped turning as the rest of the windmill crashed to the ground................
