It was discouraging enough when I thought that the Republicans in Congress were simply the stupid party. Once I realized that they were actually the party of collusion (with the Democrats), I decided they were hopeless. Uninformed people can learn. People who collude with the enemy don’t want to.

Ok, she sounds like the flake I believed her to be. The “mismanagement” is that the staff did not spend 400k one year and 500k the next of the appropriated amount for her office.
So to her, “mismanagement” is not spending every penny you are budgeted. That explains a few things.
