She taped them? That's one of those things to have in your possession but never to watch. Sorry to hear about that story but glad you were ruthless enough to use the tape to your advantage. Thumbs up from this Freeper!!
Oh, I watched the tape. It told me who I definitely could not trust among some mutual acquaintances. I will not have any dealings with those folks to this day, in business or personal life.
In the end, it (the tape)was only used as a deterrent, not as evidence. We had little enough to split without feeding lawyers.
Her reaction when confronted was one of attack. A calmly voiced threat to disclose the videotape shut that down and permitted a fair and rational split.
I just wanted out at that point, but it was nice not to lose everything else to get there.
