Hello, just a post and run this morning. I have a river cruise tonight in Lansing and OF COURSE it's a bizillion degrees outside. The weatherman promised a high of 70 today, but now they say more record breaking heat.

I would like just one day where I can be at an event like this without looking like I am standing under a rain cloud. I would have been a lousy Southern Belle in all those petticoats. I would definately be fainting and just down right miserable.

Good morning! Tropical Storm bearing down on us here in NC. Still, my polling place was busy early this morning. The forecast is for a low turnout. 'Rats outnumber us 2 to 1. But the good news is that Pubbies have doubled since '96.

Police find cocaine on Florida Governor Bush's daughter

Gov. Jeb Bush's daughter was found with cocaine at a rehabilitation center where she is undergoing drug treatment, police said Tuesday.

Police were called to the Center for Drug Free Living in Orlando late Monday, where workers gave them a substance they said they found on Noelle Bush, 25, Police Sgt. Orlando Rolon said.

The workers told police that the two grams of powder tested positive for cocaine, but police didn't immediately arrest her because they couldn't obtain a sworn statement that she was in possession of cocaine, Rolon said.

The investigation will continue, said Rolon, who added that police hadn't interviewed Noelle Bush as of Tuesday morning.

Possession of any amount of cocaine is a felony, said police.

She was arrested in January at a Tallahassee pharmacy drive-through window for allegedly trying to buy the anti-anxiety drug Xanax with a fraudulent prescription.

In July, Noelle Bush was found to be in contempt of court because a worker at the treatment center found her carrying prescription pills. A judge sent her to jail for three days.

I always think of the horror that unfolded before our eyes in Rwanda, knowing that our very own President told Anan not to get involved just prior to the hell that was unleashed. But then he did apologyze for that error.

There has been speculation that the plane was headed for the White House but other reports said the U.S. Capitol was probably the real target.

It is hard to distinguish the White House from the air if you're not familiar with the scene; the Capitol, however, sticks up there like a sitting duck!

Our family is very grateful to those brave souls on Flight 93. My nephew works for the Sec. of the Senate and was in his office in the Capitol that morning. My sister was on the telephone to him as soon as she saw the second plane hit the WTC, and was talking to him when the plane hit the Pentagon. She went ballistic screaming at him to get out of there. He told her they were being evacuated right then and he would have been among the first out, but many people would have still been in the building if Flight 93 had made it through, and there's no telling how close my nephew would still have been to the building at that point.

Our Parish's morning Mass will remember those who died, and our town has a Observance tomorrow night at the town park. Our kids' Scout troops will be a part of the town Observance.

Probably like they did for her face lift and then took a trip to Morocco where she could recuperate. What a charming mother/daughter activity. I am going to diasgree on Chelsea implants. That looks like a ' water bra'. Fake boobs are much rounder, hers are like teardrops and hang underneath her armpits. That's very much what the new Waterbra tends to do. Just my two cents.

And about Katie's boyfriend not wanting to get married.... Well, he is married to someone else right now, so that would be putting the cart before the horse, so to speak.
