***Vanity*** Why do I keep getting a security alert when clicking on My Comments?

Lately, every time I check for new posts under My Comments, I get a Security Alert indicating a "security certificate with a company you have chosen not to trust." When you click "View Certificate," the following information is provided for the issuer:

CN = DOD CLASS 3 CA-4 OU = PKI OU = DoD O = U.S. Government C = US

This happens at home and at computers I use at other locations, where I haven't set any security preferences. Any insight as to what is triggering these annoying alerts?

Don't know. But if I were you I would lock up my coffee and buy a copy of Catcher In The Rye as soon as possible.....(p.s. use cash)

Because the PDF file is corrupted with bad code, download another one.

"ACRORD32 caused an invalid page fault in

I did the uninstall/reinstall of my AAR and the file still fails to get past the first page.

Since it seems that you and another were also unable access anything past the first page, the problem must reside with the file itself.

I have no idea where to find another source.

In Internet Explorer click Tools >>> Interner Options >>> Security tab.
Then click on the Trusted Sites icon and the Sites Listed button.
 
Delete all sites from the list that have been erronously been added.(My Trusted Sites list is empty btw).
If it is still not working you can reset security levels to defaults and/or use the IE repair tool.
 
The other thing I can think of is: you recently installed  software on both machines,
like a firewall, ad-blocker or script-blocker and it needs to be configured better.
 
Better run a virus scan to be safe also, macro viruses tens do strange things.

Thanks. I'll see if that works. I have Popup Stopper running, but it just seemed strange that it started happening all of a sudden. Like I said, it's annoying but no big deal, really.

I will run a Norton scan also.
