We got taken, big time by our Mortgage company - we contacted them in April to refinance..... they agreed and did all the paperwork. We paid for an appraisal.... closing was supposed to happen by first of July - didn't....... then by first of August.....again, it didn't....and the creep won't return phone calls......

A guy at work told me that Chase was notorious for doing that - so now we have to start all over..... I could strangle the guy with my bare hands........
