What, I have all night to waste my time wading through the fever swamp cnn website looking to poll MHO /s. It is under Quickvote... I must be stooped, because it took me five minutes to find it...

For the love of Peter these people are prolific if nothing else. So I'm looking for the dumb poll and now I need another shower.

I feel like I got dog poop on my hands.

I agree. I'm STILL looking for the damn poll question. All I could find was a question about Arnold Schwartzenegger

How in the world can anyone support a CNN poll on the Net? It is a site which is read by about a 75%-25% liberal-conservative audience. On almost every poll they have, common sense, a conservative win, a Christian win is almost impossible. Of course, the Left doesn't want Bolton. that would mean they , we would have a spokesperson for American interests who would actually speak out against socialist pacifism and thuggery and corruption. Oh no , can't have that in the world body. After all , to the Left as on every issue, America is the villain.

The left doesn't want ANYTHING that would be a victory for President Bush...PERIOD.

They would oppose some of their own agenda if President Bush began to promote it. Why? Because they HATE him. Why do they hate him? Is it just because he is a Republican? That is just the surface. It is because he is both a Christian and pro-life.

Why do they oppose his judicial nominees? What is the common denominator of all of the nominees? They are all pro-life.

The left will bring up other issues such as education, the war, the poor, the economy, etc., but the BIG issue that drives all of the special interests groups is ABORTION.

What does this have to do with Mr. Bolton? Directly, nothing. Indirectly, everything. If Mr. Bolton is sworn in, it will be ANOTHER victory for President Bush. In the left's minds, this will be perceived as a victory for the Republican Party and will help them in 2008.
They DON'T WANT ANY MORE VICTORIES for the Administration. Why? Because if the Republican Party stays in power, they will likely appoint conservative, pro-life judges and cabinet members.

Pray for your President...pray for your country.

Polls are funny. And useless. The American people already were polled in November 2004. They expressed their will. The White House, Senate and House are Republican. This repudiates the obstructionism of the Democrats and endorses the decisions made by the President and the Republicans.

I just wish someone would tell the Republicans that they won the election!

Going back to Cape May ,NJ in a month. Love it but the folks there are increasingly Green, going wussy Dem in some ways though Pubs still win most elections. People like Durbin, Moore, McCain, and even Bolton don't register with many people there or even in my larger home area now in Ca. Condi Rice today gave a great defense of the need for a vote and a strong supporter of American values in the UN with more reform. I find that many voters are just sick of elections period. We Americans do not have long attention spans whether it is defeating Islamofacism or getting Bolton approved. Other polls today are showing , of all things, that Dems are looking good in House races. Beats me all to .... why folks thing those pacifistic socialists can defend America or keep from taxing us all into bankruptcy. But, that's American politics.

Cool Cape May.......Cooler by a Mile :-)
(if my memories form childhood serve me correctly)

Enjoy the shore, and don't worry about the attention span of the American people. They have a strange way of sobering up when they get ready to vote ( at least MOST do ) And, don't ever rely on what they tell the pollsters.

Take care,

George "W"
