Rep. Mike Castle (R-Del.) is preparing to run for a ninth House term, while simultaneously keeping an eye on Sen. Joseph Biden (Del.) and positioning himself to run for Senate should the Democratic presidential candidate opt for retirement.

IMHO, Mike Castle should run regardless. Biden's remark about Obama's "cleanness" damaged him, albeit it not fatally. Also, it's possible that Biden will drop out after the primary, passing the nomination on to his son while the GOP is stuck with a token candidate.
How about State Auditor Tom Wagner (R)?
Biden won't drop out, and Castle wouldn't beat him if he did. His remarks may have hurt him nationally, but he'll never leave in Delaware.
Wagner would be a credible candidate, but couldn't unseat Biden.
No one can beat Slow Joe. Castle is about 69, and he had a stroke or something last year. We'll be lucky if he actually runs for re-election (instead of just saying that he will). If Castle doesn't run, it's another seat down the drain to the Rats.
No big loss there, since Castle is a near-Democrat anyway.
Castle is a die-hard Republican. Though I cannot fault him for such, being a “bent to the right leg” myself.
However, the fact is, Rep Castle, after receiving our proof of Perjury n Fraud of the MNAT law firm, that is being covered up by the US Attorney, Colm F Connolly, immediately went on a “campaign” to push for Connolly’s Nomination to the Federal District Court as a Judge.
DE is going to become a Bankrupt state, if the rogue personnel in the Dept of Justice keep trying to be willfully blind to Organized Criminal acts by the MNAT law firm.
Yes it is our case,
but it is Everyone’s system of Justice
and the State will be the casualty
if DE does not get it’s act together.
