She runs a small political consulting firm and serves as executive director of United Families International, a nonprofit organization devoted to maintaining and srengthening families.
On Tuesday, though, the Tempe Republican told the Tribune that shes entering he 2008 congressional race Arizonas 5th Congressional District.
When I see that there is a person representing my district who doesnt really represent the majority of the voters, I started to ask myself if I should contemplate that, Knaperek said.
She contemplated it, alright.

Based on what I know, Knaperek is the best in the field so far. Also, the fact that she and Mitchell have run against each other before may help, as she knows how Mitchell operates.
A good place to start would be to warn those Marxist liberals attending ASU that they better not get caught voting in Arizona AND their home states. It was these piggies that got J.D. during the last “election.”
We cannot afford to have a Moonie as the GOP nominee. The media would have a field day.
That’s what primaries are for.
Of course, I’m not sure Knaperek is the best, either, given her own loss to Mitchell in a GOP district.
Her loss was in a state Senate race, not Congress.
That’s what I was talking about. She lost in a GOP Senate district as well as as a sitting incumbent in a GOP state House district. Not good signs.
Hopefully, the primary here and in other Arizona races will produce the best possible nominee.
Which one is the Moonie, Anderson?
Yes.
