As we move on to South Carolina team Thompson is doing something a little different and fun. They are putting up a fun set of videos from their tour down there. They are getting video snapshots of folks who have flipped to Fred from other Candidates.
Here is Riley, who flipped from Romney to Fred.
Karen flips from Romney to Fred:
Ann flips from Huckabee to Thompson:
Jason goes from Romney to Fred:
Well you get the idea. There is plenty more here. Meanwhile Fred layed the smackdown on the field on Fox News last night. So much so that Sean Hannity had to say "remind me never to debate you."
this is exciting. In fact this entire race is going to be very interesting.
I am rooting for Fred to win in SC. It would be nice to see Huck lose in an evangelical state.
Great videos.
Jay Edward Lee, Mayor of York SC, Declares 1/15/08 Fred Thompson Day
The socialist propagandists at AP didn’t even bother to mention Thompson’s name once in a glowing accolade to Myth:
“Romney, despite only four years in elective office as Massachusetts governor, has shown remarkable staying power in his first national campaign.
While he has been criticized for not winning in Iowa and New Hampshire, he finished second in each state and now has pulled off a pair of wins in Wyoming and Michigan.
All told, there have been four nominating contests so far. Romney has finished first or second in all of them.
None of his rivals has competed to the same degree in any of them, allowing them to dodge the questions Romney has faced about winning the big one, but making it impossible to ignore whether they have the ability to go all the way.
With his business millions, his recalibrated message focusing on change and the most votes of any GOP candidate to his credit, Romney declared Tuesday that he, too, is in the race for the long haul.
“Let’s take this campaign to South Carolina and Nevada and Florida and all over the country,” he told his cheering supporters, standing in shirt sleeves to underscore his workmanlike effort. “Let’s take it all the way to the White House.”
Love those flipping videos!
Watching the news the other night, NBC I believe, the newsman was talking about the Republican candidates and showed a montage of 4 photos - Guilianni, McCain, Romney and Huckabee.
Where was Fred Thompson represented there?
Because his numbers brought him in 5th he was excluded?
I think perhaps the MSM is truly afraid we have a good candidate in Thompson, and therefore they ignore his presence.
Ping!

Nice to read bump!!!!!
Well a broke clock is correct twice per day. Maybe zogby is getting this one right. And to be fair he does have ron paul at 4% and Duncan Hunter at less than 1%...so those #’s look about right.
Now if Fred can pull out a SC win...I’m thinking he’ll start to walk away with it.
BTW: I’m visiting on business in Charlotte and the local radio was all Fred. People are opening their eyes and starting to pick him as a viable candidate. Of course the Hucksters are trying to attack (which apparently makes the huckster’s #’s go even lower). So now it’s on to taking down McCain—may need some Romney help on that one.
You mean American voters actually want Gubmint to leave them alone? They don’t want Gubmint running their lives for them? They want Gubmint to protect their life and property and nothing more?
This would blow my theory that most people are stupid and shallow straight to Hell.
This is exciting! I’ve been emailing Baptist pastors in SC (one of the hardest groups to get away from Huckabee) and even seem to be making some inroads with them. People need to see Huckabee’s liberal record on everything from taxes to illegals to even his increasing softness on the gay issue through his associations with James Pinkerton and the Log Cabin Republicans.
Bumpity!
