Fairfax County School Board members said they are likely to abandon a staff report that showed racial and ethnic gaps in some measures of student behavior, including in the demonstration of "sound moral character and ethical judgment."The board had delayed an April vote to approve the report after concerns were raised that findings were based on subjective measures, such as elementary report card data, and that they would fuel negative stereotypes. [snip]
The school system's report was an early attempt to measure progress on a host of goals the board considers "essential" for success in the workplace. It identified disparities among groups of students in several skills, including the ability to contribute effectively in a group, resolve conflicts and make healthy choices, and in the demonstration of moral character and ethical judgment.
Such a target-rich environment.
The School Board asked for the report, which was paid for by the taxpayers. When normal people ask for a report measuring student behavior, they are usually interested in, well, measuring student behavior. More . . .

Can a taxpayer in that district file a “freedom of information” request and get the report? After all, they paid for it.
*data in the report

Speaking as a proud former rural white trailer trash member you sir have insulted my honor.
I demand satisfaction.

Westfield is a high school in the same Fairfax County. From page 8 & 9 of the “MSA Handbook” on their website:

“Hopefully by familiarizing yourself with these cultural differences this will allow you to be more cognizant when addressing students in your classroom.
Asian students:
1) Tend to show respect to people who are older or of higher status by remaining silent in their presence.
2) Tend to avoid expressing any strong emotion anger/frustration/sadness/joy
3) Have been taught to refuse something initially but when asked again they usually will accept
African American students:
1) It is acceptable to express emotions freely responsive reading in church, call outs
2) Tend to be physically active
3) Tend to interpret life events in racial terms especially when outsiders are involved
Suggested teacher response: Sorry that you feel that way but I would like you to stay after class to discus the matter so that you can talk to me and I can understand it from your perspective.
4) May come from a different socio-economic level and may have experienced generational poverty. Therefore when we try to put boundaries in place and they dont like it, it is not that they are not bucking the system but rather may not be familiar with boundaries and we must teach them that boundaries ultimately equal freedom.
Hispanic Students:
1) Avoid direct eye contact
2) Are taught not to walk away from confrontation, it portrays being a coward, weak or deceitful
3) View time as unimportant because time is often measured agriculturally
Ex: I recognize your need to socialize with your friends but I care about your academic achievement and need you to be on time.
4) Tend to stand very close when talking to each other
Caucasian Students:
1) Have low regard for dependent behavior in activities
Ex: Do I have to work with that group, I want to work by myself
2) Show preference for order and control
3) Place high value on standard English
Native American Students:
1) They are taught to listen therefore they tend to speak slowly and softly
2) Usually speak up only when they have something specific to say
3) Taught not to compete with peers or elders”
The issue is the results, which are politically incorrect.
The data show that student behavior problems are more prevalent among certain demographic groups. The decision-makers want to nix the report so they can deny this reality.
AMEN! Coddling these self-pitying racists is the reason why they feel justified in causing so much crime in their respective areas.
