But...but...but, he already told us he “got it!” Of course, that was when he was speaking to the general populace. His rhetoric in his “hispanic only” closed door meetings was quite different.

My "question" to the good Senator:

"How do you plan to save our communities from illegal aliens who use all our social services for FREE, drive on our roads drunk, injuring and/or killing others, taking jobs away from needy American Citizens and honoring the committments made to the American People by the Simpson-Masoli Bill, which stated that the borders would be secured; employers who hired illegal aliens punished; and anyone breaking into our country would be removed?"

Well, I did, but a lot of good it will do. I wrote "John McCain has snubbed the 80% of Americans who are for serious immigration control (NOT reform!). Control includes sealing our borders quickly and effectively, deportation of illegals currently in America, the Justice Department going after employers willfully hiring illegal aliens, and a broadening of our immigration laws to allow those who want to enter the country LEGALLY the opportunity to do so.

John McCain is WRONG on this issue, as he is on Global Warming, which is NOT a proven science but a Ponzi scheme to bilk the masses. John McCain will continue to fight uphill in what should be an easy win for him come November, simply because he has chosen to ignore his base.

Unless John McCain shows conclusively he has come around on these issues, I have not intention of voting form him or any other Presidential candidate. My vote and my money will got to strong Conservative candidates who understand issues.

Tell Juan how you really feel about amnesty for illegals. Yesterday, he felt Michigan's pain (how Clintonian), now he can feel yours.

My comments:

Dear Senator McCain,

Thank you for your distinguished service to our country both in the US Navy and the US Senate.

I don't mean any disrespect, but I have a couple of General Questions about your campaign.

Don't you understand the threat this country faces from Barak Obama and his crowd?

I don't wish to argue the point about illegal immigrants being "God's children" any more than I want to argue whether their home countries were also created by God, and if they were put there by that same God.

Please consider the following:

Why don't you fire Juan Hernandez and hire someone who's interested in helping our friends south of the border improve their lot in their own country instead of taking over ours?

Please consider replacing Carly Fiorina (what were you thinking?) with someone who can put a campaign together and if you intend to lose the election, at least lose putting up a fight.

Respectfully,

OKSooner Tulsa, OK

Larry, good work but I won’t partake. It will not make a whit’s worth of difference. McCain really believes in his position — he did not select it out of political necessity.

What will stop him, should he become President (with an amnesty-liking Democratic Congress), is an all-out effort to force Republican Senators to filibuster the amnesty bill which is inevitable.

I’m saving my ammo for that battle.

I posted:

Dear sir:

This is to inform you why I will probably not vote for you. It boils down to two issues, both of which you are wrong on: border control, and so-called global warming.

I will not vote for you if you are not 100% supportive of border control. There must be no path for citizenship for illegal aliens. A guest worker program should be in place that allows companies to temporarily use labor from other countries, but at prevailing legal wages and labor laws. Seal the border, then create a program for temporary foreign workers.

Global warming is a natural phenomena. Mankind cannot cause it, and we cannot change or affect it. To wreck our economy, create yet more governmental intrusions on my liberty, and to spend billions if not trillions on solutions that won’t work on a problem that does not exist would be criminal, and worthy of impeachment proceedings.

And that’s why I won’t vote for you; you do not share my concerns on these issues.

Dear McCain campaign staffer,

I am a legal immigrant and as such, I’m very sensitive to the Senator’s stance on illegal immigration. There is much about his candidacy that causes me much trepidation. This will be my first time to vote, and it seems a right conferred on me is so pedestrian to the Senator.

I also don’t appreciate his position on the Bush tax cuts, but most of all I resent that he permits himself opinions on drilling the ANWR from a profundity of ignorance. It is clear that he knows absolutely nothing of either the size of the territory, its terrain or drilling technologies. He should come out and apologize to those of us who do, starting with Gov. Palin and the residents of Alaska, and rescind his idiocy immediately. He should surround himself with a group of advisers, such as Romney, to help keep his sanctimony under control.

I regret that in my first ever election, the choices are a Democrat and a Marxist. I will vote Republican down ticket, but I will not rubber stamp any choice that the GOP sends my way.

I also don’t appreciate the Senator’s position on free speech. McCain vs. Wisconsin Right to Life and McCain-Feingold are troubling to me. In protest, I will be speaking freely against the Senator.

Please deliver this message to Sen. McCain. Respect me, Sen. McCain. I am a legal immgirant from the third world, but I am not a Mexican peasant.

Sincerely,

Please consider replacing Carly Fiorina...

Apparently Carly (former HP CEO) isn't the only Silicon Valley chick that McCain hired. Meg Whitman (former eBay CEO) is also working for McCain (source).
