Help us retake the U.S. House...GOP's Greg Bedell for Congress...(Rahm's Old Seat)

Barack Obama's election has already brought about change -- a vacancy in Rahm Emanuel's old seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in the Fifth Congressional District ofIllinois -- and that is giving hope to Republicans. Hope that we can begin to take back the Congress, and push back the Democrats' massive, trillion dollar deficit spending plans.

Since Obama's election on Nov. 5, Republicans have won the Senate seat in Georgia, and a House seat in Louisiana. Let's make it three straight wins this spring and elect an amazing Republican, Greg Bedell for Congress. We need your support.

The March 3rd Republican primary is only weeks away. Greg Bedell announced his candidacy at Joseph A. Morris's Fort Dearborn Group meeting of Midwestern conservatives just a few weeks ago.

Greg Bedell is precisely the kind of Republican Congressman we need right now. He is honorable, smart, telegenic, and media-savvy. He is a candidate who lives by his conservative principles, the very principles on which this great country was founded. He's renewing the traditional GOP call for limited government, support for the free market, respect for life, and strong, but sound, national defense.

Greg listens, and understands, and leads.

A graduate of Hofstra Law School and the University of Chicago. As a former attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Greg has a deep understanding of America’s current financial crisis and how Wall Street and the federal government are to blame. You can count on him to vote for measures to help ensure this kind of irresponsibility never happens again.

Please join us to elect Greg Bedell to the U.S. Congress.

Any donation you make -- $5, $10 -- will be used to generate support among the Republican primary voters in Illinois’ Fifth Congressional District.

You can donate now online at, https://www.completecampaigns.com/FR/contribute.asp?campaignid=Bedell

...and maybe four, if Coleman receives justice.

Since Obama's election on Nov. 5...

Obama's election was actually Nov. 4, a day that will go down in infamy together with Dec. 7 (1941) and Sept. 11 (2001).

...and maybe four, if Coleman receives justice.

A Coleman win, if it should happen, would have really occurred on Election Day and before it, so it shouldn't be counted as a post-Nov. 4 win.

You may have seen where Coleman's lawyers were pleased with a ruling by the MN Supreme Court yesterday which will apparently allow 4800 absentee ballots previously rejected to be counted. They supposedly come from Republican areas. A 5% Coleman margin within these previously uncounted ballots would be enough to push Coleman over the top, barring other complications.

The best candidate, in that race is Rosanna Pulido, the
founder and director of the Illinois Minuteman Project, and I’m her volunteer coordinator. She’s pro-life and pro-gun rights. Please read her site, www.rosannapulido2009.com. If you know anyone who wants to volunteer for her, please ask them to email me at philacollins@yahoo.com. If you know anyone who wants to donate, to her campaign, please ask them to do so, through her site.

I understand she has been removed from the ballot due to Democratic objections. Not enough valid signatures.

You’re incorrect. She was challenged, and, yesterday morning, the election board ruled that her name will be on the ballot.
