This guy has tried this for years. But there hasn’t been a Democrat President and Democrat House and Senate majority either. So it just might go through.

Perhaps. But changes to the constitution must be approved by 2/3 of the STATES. With Texas declaring sovereignty and lots of other states with sovereignty bills going through that's not likely going to happen.

With that said its still time to lock and load and keep your powder dry that this is even being considered.
