Okay, let’s get this correct...
CA-10 has a Cook’s rating of D+18, the seat was last Republican in 1994 when it was covering certain parts of Contra Costa county...aka Wackosville, and it includes a major government facility with the Livermore Laboratory.
And there’s this David Harmer guy who is running, who seems to be a libertarian republican in a largely blue district against a bunch of left wing yahoos more extreme in thought than Tauscher...
Something tells me that CA-10 is not going to be going anywhere.
He’ll put up a good fight but the democrats will commit some voter fraud which the MSM will conveniently ignore and call any republican who point it out as loons.
I.e. it will be a redux of Barack obama’s victory.
Goody. Another seat the national party under Steele won’t try to win. One wonders why we even bother to run candidates at all anymore.

it is a special election. Perhaps you have some expertise on special elections.
Why is Harmer considered libertarian?
