Steele needs more steel

A friendly letter to Michael Steele

Dear Mr Steele,

Based on their recent votes in favor of the $1.2 Trillion “UN-affordable ILL-health Against Americans Act”, I would assume that ALL, I repeat EVERY BIT, of RNC support for Sen. Olympia Snowe and Rep. Anh “Joseph” Cao has been categorically and irrevocably DENIED from this day forward.

However, I and millions of other Americans, are still waiting to hear from the esteemed Chairman of the RNC that this action has been taken NOW as a clear message to ANY other RINOs that this behavior will NOT be tolerated by the Republican Party or the American people. This definitive action by the RNC would of course be the Only Consistent Response to statements you and other party leaders have made about this legislative atrocity.

I assume it’s a matter of timing or scheduling that has prevented you from making this announcement on Hannity’s program or some other national media outlet. Unfortunately you side-stepped today on Cavuto (11-09-09) when you could have stood strong. So I wish to encourage you to follow the words of your hero and one of mine, Michael Jordan: "If you accept the expectations of others, especially negative ones, then you never will change the outcome." Surely you will not accept any “negative expectations” that you will just slide on this important issue or just let it go as an unfortunate fact of life that you are powerless to change. Surely you will stand with the American people and all responsible Republican voters against such absurd votes by any legitimate member of the Republican party which would belie the principles and policies that place you and other Republicans in agreement with the Tea-Party participants and those millions of voters who oppose these bogus legislative actions and favor true and honest reform instead.

The Republican Senators need to know NOW that you and the RNC support their opposition of the Senate version of ‘Obamacare’ in favor of the Republican amendments and Republican-proposed healthcare reform bills including tort reform and inter-state purchase of health insurance policies by individuals as well as employers who choose freely to do so.

The Republicans in Congress NOW need to know the same message so they reconsider and oppose this junk when it comes back out of the conference committee that will put back in all the “promised cuts” that Pelosi and Reid agreed to in order to con the others into voting for this … (I cannot politely say what I really think, but I trust you know what I’d like to say).

Thank you for standing on principle and rejecting those who defile those principles.

Shortly after he was elected chairman in February, Steele said that the Republican Party needed to conduct an "off the hook" public relations campaign to attract blacks and Hispanics in "urban-suburban hip-hop settings." He also said that he would attract minority voters with fried chicken and potato salad.

Ah I see. I have been suckered. It is just a typical Junk Media formatted " you should hate the GOP" propaganda job by the Democrat Party directed junk media. Thought Freepers were too smart to fall for these con jobs.
