GOP Star Mike Huckabee Brushes Back Rush Limbaugh, Criticism of President Obama

Conservative Mike Huckabee, the former Arkansas governor, who is emerging as a top contender for the GOP presidential nomination in 2012, is gaining some attention this week for his comments in defense of President Obama.

As first reported on the Huffington Post, Huckabee said some of the recent criticisms of Obama have been unfair and even "shameful."

Huckabee made the comments to the Hudson Union Society.

"When he [Barack Obama] was at Dover the other day, and went there to pay respect for soldiers, I heard a lot of people on the Right say "Aw, that's just a cheap photo-op." No, I think it was the Commander-in-Chief of our military paying respect to a dead soldier, and I'm grateful that he did that, and I was proud of him for doing that. And I think we all -- as Americans -- should give him credit for doing that."(continued)

How appropriate that this article on Governor Mike "Amnesty" Huckabee is in a Hispanic publication.

The Huckster is NOT a star and won’t be the 2012 GOP candidate. He has found his place as a pundit.

Huckabee is the media whore who held back his delegates to deliberately torpedo Romey’s nomination. I have no use for him whatsoever. Add to that his illegal alien amnesty view, and I can honestly say I’d never, ever vote for him.

Not that I would have voted for Romney, but to allow McCain to sneak under the wire was outrageous.

He’s a RINO from top to bottom . . . someone that the media would want to be at the top of our ticket.

I’d rather see General Petreaus or Chaney at the top with Palin on as VP. Can you imagine Chaney debating O’bozo?????

This article must be from some parallel universe.

One where Obama is good, Palin is evil, and Huckabee is relevant.

Now, now...I’m sure after Huckabee’s comments, he laughed and said a folksy limerick, and then proceeded to strum his guitar. Let’s not be too hard on him < /S >

Here is video of President Obama with U.S. Troops in South Korea today where he said to them at the outset of his speech, "You guys make a pretty good Photo-op." Obama aides are saying he will not make a decision on sending reinforcements to our Forces in Afghanistan until after Thanksgiving. . . . (VIDEO

Ugh, have some balls Huckleberry to call Obozo out for who he is.

Do not even think about a POTUS run in 2012. Stick to yapping and playing your bass and acting all lofty.
