If I was Palin, and had her talent and passion, I would have no other option but to run for President because of what has happened in Washington since the last inauguration.

I read that yesterday.....it’s clear that she needed to at least get familiar with the money people so that if for example her main competitor is Mitt, she could peeled off support and money men.....

Awesome .... looks like serious deliberation
of the prospect... getting her ducks in a row,
which is smart and a must. I was looking for Fred
and Jeri Thompson .. not sure if they still
live in TN or not anymore. Looks like she’d
have a deep well of $$ support if she decides
it’s a go, and she sure impresses folks.

I think she’s going to have to get a place
in DC, if she already hasn’t.

Yes she is. There were many stories like this when Sarah was on her book tour. Meeting local party people and canidates. I only read a few but I bet at every stop Sarah had a meet and greet.

Makes sense to me. At the present time there is no one of either party who is as qualified as she is today. That includes Obama, McCain and Biden, obviously.

Jeri Thompson is a Team Sarah supporter, also Fred is considered a friend of Sarah....BTW her timeline in what she was doing is not strange...

1. Once she stepped down she spent several months writing her book,

2. she had the book tour up till Christmas

3. She then joined FoxNews ,the biggest cable news network to get her out message on TV as part pundit/politician

4.. Now she is going to a dozen of the many 1,000’s requests for speeches this year

5 Notice that in Nashville and Redding CA, she has a 15 to 20 minute Q and A, this IMHO is to let the audience see her speak freely in conversation.

6. She is meeting with big money people along the way of these speeches like Nashville to gauge support (NOTE* word was that she was at some private function between the time she got off the plane and the Redding CA logging speech....HMMMMM!)

I’ll be convinced that she’s got her eye on 2012 and not 2016 or 2020 when we see her doing in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina what she appears to be doing in Tennessee.

Have been following this.
Sarah is focused. Not only getting the message out,
but doing the ground work.

She has a good staff and advisors in Wasington D.C.
who send her information and is briefed.

Sarah has the best opportunity to beat Obama in 2012.

Get’s lonely, ya know? LOL.

Yep. After midnight, it's like Grand Central Station with only a few lost souls wandering the place. LOL

After reading the article, I can't come to any other conclusion, except that Sarah is building a network to support a presidential run.

The book, the book signing tour, high profile speaking engagements, and signing with Fox - all can be viewed as parts of a calculated, and very well managed program to get her into the White House.

I'm all for it, and will help her get there, in any way I can.

She has been focused indeed but in a quiet way, She doesn’t have the D.C. style insiders on her team as much who love to leak info and such to the media because they want to be loved by media....

She said the other day that she now gets briefings on foreign and domestic issues and you notice a great improvement and command with the Chris Wallace, she had no real time to get massive info as much when she was Governor, writing her book and then doing her book tour, but now most of that is out of the way, she has the TIME to learn more and more and speak more and more...

Look at that buffoon Gibbs today, making an even bigger a## of himself by writing on his hand in the press room for all the news to see. Fool.

What a juvenile thing to do.

When Sarah did it, she made the country laugh by turning the tables on the MSM. That was a display of real wit, and showed her willingness to fight back.

Gibbs simply told the same joke that everyone already laughed at, but in a context that comes off as petty and stupid. Totally ineffective.

He just pwned himself.

A writer with the NYT wrote about her team of professionals in his column last week. He name dropped (of course) and mentioned the daily emails she receives about world and national affairs. Greta’s husband, John Coale, was one of the names he mentioned, so I gather he is still on team Sarah as an advisor in some capacity.

“well, it’s over folks....Michael Savage says Palin is unelectable. Guess we should just pack it in....”

LOL! I remember the day McCain picked her. Savage was shooting off his mouth calling her the nobody from Wasila. His criticism was on par with what the Air America jug heads were saying.

With Sarah being the only one out there energizing the people, they will be the ones getting out the vote for the House, Senate and Gov. elections this year.
Many usually sit at home but Sarah has the people fired up.

This is how we will pick up in Congress and Govs.

And the thing that really is strange and IMHO dumb is the behavior of most of the potential GOP rivals.....They have been in almost solitary confinement hiding behind their campaign people telling them ‘don’t rock the boat”,”don’t say this or that”, “wait until the wind is just right”......they come out every once in awhile and say something about the current situation in D.C then they disappear for awhile, I think that many people in 2011 will be saying “where were you?” and all the while they will see that Sarah was out there in spite of the mocking and criticism.
