Sen. Bob Bennett's re-election bid could be in serious trouble, based on reports of widespread opposition to the incumbent at Tuesday's Republican caucuses.
While not definitive, interviews with a dozen caucus-goers around the state reflected a familiar theme: Support was not coalescing behind any Bennett challenger, but there was a strong "anybody-but-Bennett" sentiment.

Utah conservatives need to unite and defeat Bob Bennett.
I would hope it would be any true conservative but Bennett.

I would love to see all these RINO’s get dumped in their respective primaries.
Crist is toast. Bennett is probably toast. We have to dump McCain. Who else? Mike Castle in DE for that conservative lady. I think we are stuck with Kirk in IL.
We do need to dump all RINO’s who represent safe Republican districts.
Bennett has the endorsements of Dick Cheney, Newt, and Romney.
Has she done anything beyond filing papers?
Everyone makes mistakes. I still hope that Bob Bennett loses.
Our IL primary was ages ago. Kirk won. Some will be voting third party.
I think she has even shot in the GE if only she could upset the arch-RINO Castle.
