The only RINO she's supporting, as far as I know, is McCain, and she'd have been considered an ingrate for not doing so. Some of the candidates she's supporting are not necessarily doctrinaire conservatives, but, in her opinion, those folks actually have a chance to WIN.

Hunh. That’s a good phrase. It reminds me of how Arnold Schwarzenegger was sold to gullible conservative voters here in CA. We needed to vote for him “because he could win”, even if he “was not necessarily a doctrinaire conservative”. How did Arnold’s “not a doctrinaire conservatism” work out? About like Bush’s “Compassionate Conservatism”, I suppose.
In my book both entries are found under the heading of “how Republican liberals disguise themselves in order to fool conservatives into voting them into office”.
