The Senate candidate that had backing from the Tea Party, Clint Didier garnered about 12 percent of the vote on Tuesdays primary election.
Didier relied heavily on his endorsement from Sarah Palin for his bid against Republican Dino Rossi.
Didier says although Palin didnt come to Washington, her backing still helped his campaign.
Clint Didier: Let me tell you what, dont you take anything away from Sarah Palin, Sarah Palin is working her tail off for this country. Shes been all over this country to different states. Shes going where she thinks she can do the most good, I just thank her for her efforts.
Hes best known for his NFL football career. Late Tuesday night Didier said he hasnt decided yet if he will run for elected office again.
Attacking Palin? You either have reading comprehension issues or are off your meds again.
But those “pockets” are where a very large part of the electorate lives. For example, West Texas is very red - except for El Paso, and El Paso is where most of the people in West Texas live.
Yet you have poster after poster trying to defend and educate you about Palin, that isn’t because you are singing her praises, it is because you have been attacking her in post after post.
I don’t need to be educated about Palin any more than I was attacking her. She is obvious burdened with a small group of cultlike followers. Just so you understand, that isn’t an attack on Palin. It is a comment about you.
Cult haters actually, you don't have anything of substance to say about her, nothing particularly political or insightful, yet you are obsessed enough that you want to occupy a thread and make vague, disparaging remarks about her.
PPP Poll 8/16/10
Of the expected GOP presidential contenders for 2012, Palin proved the most popular with 76 percent reporting a favorable opinion of her and only 17 percent viewing her unfavorably.
I see that your reading comprehension still hasn’t improved. Feel free to venerate anyone you wish. But see if you can avoid denouncing as heretics those who “merely” support Palin.
Thank you for the enthusiastic “support” of Palin that you display, if I had caught it earlier I would not have wasted so much time posting information to you that I thought was countering your posts.
I think thats the point he was making. The blue is very blue and the red is very red. There is not much middle ground, and no one who has made up their mind is going to change it. We can unify people from West Texas and Eastern California, but Eastern California will not be unified with Compton and West Texas will not be unified with Oak Cliff. Right now, there is no chance of unification between the cities and the rural. The two sides are just trying to win enough suburbans for a majority.
I liken it to what Tony LaRussa said (I believe):
Any good manager will lose 33% of his games
Any bad manager will win 33% of his games
You seperate bad from good and good from great by what they do in the remaining 34%.
