Miller Appeals Vote to Alaska Supreme Court

JUNEAU, AlaskaRepublican Joe Miller is taking his challenge to the Alaska Senate race to the state Supreme Court.
The court confirms that Mr. Miller filed an appeal Monday. Arguments are set for Friday....

a similar ruling was made in Washington state several years ago when the rats literally stole the election after "winning" the third recount by a couple of hundred votres....the judge basically said that there was probably some fraud but it wasn't provable....so go jump in the lake...
I applaud Miller for doing the right thing....find out how the law will be followed....to letter of the law or the whim...

We all know fraud is most likely committed in these things. I am glad Joe Miller is doing this as he most likely won the election. Keep exposing. Apparently they continue to illegally win in recounts where all of the sudden votes pop up out of no where while they disqualify legitimate votes that don’t go their way like absentee and especially the military.
