Did Karl Rove Accidentally Reveal That He Expects Obama to Win in 2012?
New York Magazine ^ | December 23, 2010 | Dan Amira

Posted on 01/01/2011 8:10:24 PM PST by 2ndDivisionVet

On Fox News last night, Republican political operative extraordinaire Karl Rove discussed the possibility of Hillary Clinton running for president in 2016.

"I suspect she will be a candidate. I suspect she is going to think about being a candidate in 2016, and we'll know by about 2014. If she leaves the [Obama] Administration in 2014 or 2015, in order to give herself a chance to write a book about her experiences and reconnect with the grassroots, then she might entertain it."

And what would be the clue to Clinton's intentions if there is no Obama administration in 2014? Rove didn't address that scenario.

Yes, and I think Palin is smart enough to run those commercials. RINO’s won’t because it’s not “gentlemanly” enough. -

>>is going to pass a law mandating that every presidential candidate must show a long form birth certificate.<<

The fact that it hasn’t been done yet is not a good indicator that it will be.

Obamao is well on his way to being a one term catastrophe. Republicans can beat him, if we don’t beat ourselves to death first.

McCain is the reason we have what we have now. He thought his friend across the aisle, BO, was just fine and refused to run against him. He saved his presidential campaign funds to run against the conservative in his Arizona senate race. He always finds plenty he doesn’t like about conservatives.

The RINOs are why we have the congressional troubles we have now. We lost congress because the RINOs never met an earmark or spending program they did not like. This past lame duck session proves what backstabbing traitors they are. No way I’ll ever consider a RINO for anything again.

Rove’s reputation as as the great kingmaker is a fabrication of FNC. In 2000 Bush won because of a Supreme Court decision and came close to losing to John Kerry (aka Jon Carry) in 2004.

Al Gore and John Kerry aren't exactly charismatic, stellar candidates.

Do not concur.

We know Rove won’t go on the offensive against Obama’s campaign. Let’s face it why would Rove attack Obama? Obama’s not a conservative.

Reagan, despite the media’s best efforts, was recognized as a damned fine leader. That’s why he won a second term.

G.B. Sr was known for his “read my lips” promise. His base dumped him. He lost his second term.

Clinton was a charming rogue. That was enough for the independents.

For all his faults, GW was a leader. Thank God he beat Kerry for reelection. Imagine that traitor on 9/11!

Now, take a look at Obama. Even many on the left are furious with his behavior. If the Republicans can pull their collective head from their collective ass, and take the damned gloves off, and attack Obama like they’ve attacked the conservative candidates, they stand a very good chance at retaking the presidency.

Personally, I’d rather scrap the GOP and support a TEA Party candidate.

Carl Rove is as ghastly a “Republican” as the man he served. A globalist who is a closet liberal.

Cultural Hegemony - Antonio Gramsci

Cultural hegemony is the philosophic and sociological concept, originated by the Marxist philosopher Antonio Gramsci, that a culturally-diverse society can be ruled or dominated by one of its social classes. It is the dominance of one social group over another, e.g. the ruling class over all other classes. The theory claims that the ideas of the ruling class come to be seen as the norm; they are seen as universal ideologies, perceived to benefit everyone whilst only really benefiting the ruling class.

For the RINOs they would rather see another term for Obama rather than Palin winning.

I'm not a RINO, I'd vote for Palin in a heartbeat. But what concerns me is that I've read numerous times on FR that many won't vote for anyone if Palin isn't nominated.

Personally, I'll vote against Obama, no matter who's nominated. He needs to be defeated.

So take your statement, and turn it around and you have: The Palin supporters would rather see another term for Obama than vote for someone other than her.

And that's the sentiment of some Freepers.

I’d even vote for a Bush to get Obama out of the White House, But I hope it doesn;t come to that. I hope the Tea Party is successful in cleaning the GOP establishment’s clock and getting a genuine conservative who is NOT a globalist in the White House.
