Chocolate Chip Cookies. Invented in 1937.
This is one of the downsides to time travel. Try to get a good chocolate chip cookie in Ancient Rome or Babylon. Can’t be done. Can’t bring cookies with you in the Time machine either; they vanish along with any cloths during transport. Such a bummer.
