Romney to Trump: Obama Doesn’t Need a Birth Certificate
Fox News ^ | April 12, 2011 | Daniel Freedman

According to Romney family lawyers it doesn't matter if Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, Kenya, or even Paris: Because his mother was an American (and not even Donald Trump questions that), he is eligible to be President.

The Romney lawyers investigated this question in the 1960s, when Mitt Romney's father, Governor George Romney of Michigan, was vying for the Republican presidential nomination. George Romney had been born in a Mormon colony in Chihuahua, Mexico, as his grandfather moved there with his wives in the 1880s after polygamy was outlawed in the U.S.

While some opponents nicknamed him "Chihuahua George," his suitability for the highest office because of his birth was never seriously challenged. The reason his campaign faltered was because of his shift in position on the Vietnam War:

Mitt, get off my f*****g planet.

"But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: for men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away, for his name is Obama."

Doc1019 to Romney ... why not?

Sorry to say, because the only person that could kick Omama out of office for not having documentation is Obama, short of Congress impeaching him. Holding a trial in Congress would be tacit proof in itself that he is currently holding the office legally until he might be found guilty by Congress.

A trial in Congress for not being qualified is never going to happen. The whole point is moot. It is a bunch of falderal because nothing can ever come of it. It is a true exercise in futility and proof that there is more foolishness in the World than mother wit.

Please do not accuse me of agreeing with Romney. I have posted this off and on for a long time.

1952 The Immigration and Nationality Act of June 27, 1952, 66 Stat. 163, 235, 8 U.S. Code Section 1401 (b).

“Section 301. (a) The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth:

“(1) a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof;

“(7) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one
of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States, who prior to the birth of such person, was
physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than
ten years, at least five of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years.

Since Ms. Dunham was only 18 at the time that means she Does NOT transfer citizenship to Mr. Obama.

The question should be, did Romney’s father become a US citizen before Mitt the Mutt was born?

I don’t want either. Don’t want RINO romney and I sure as heck don’t want a democrat like Trump who preferred John Kerry to George W bush. Trump is even worse than romney and is not a conservative. Even his hair is worse. :-). Trump is a useful idiot on the Birther issue and cheering him on for that.

Even “smart Mormons” will not vote for NittWitt Mitt under any circumstances. (I am not Mormon, but had many for friends when I lived in NM)

No one but the Dems and the MSM want Mitt as the candidate. He is worse than worthless.

“If Mitten’s father isn’t a natural born American; how can Mittens?”

You need to think that one over, the answer is obvious if you think it through.

"How many votes are there in the country club? "

Not very many votes, but plenty of coin to buy votes. These pudgy, golf-cart riding, elitist, cowardly, cocktail-circuit pukes could care less about the Constitution.
