A Wall Street Journal/NBC poll reported last week that 45 percent of GOP voters are not satisfied with the candidates running for their partys presidential nomination.
While the exact same percentage said they are content with the field, the current split is a long way from the same point in 2008 when 72 percent of Republicans said they were pleased with candidates running for the nomination.
The poll comes as the 2012 presidential field is pretty much set.
Former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman formally enter the race Tuesday. Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann made her entry official at the beginning of last weeks debate in New Hampshire. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, Texas Gov. Rick Perry and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani continue to flirt with running. Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour and Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels have opted against running and so has New Jerseys brash Gov. Chris Christie. (Christie remains a favorite with the party grassroots. One poll shows him leading the existing field the minute he gets into the race.) No matter how you mix them up, the stubborn fact is that none of the Republican candidates in or out of the race shows the power to beat President Obama in the 2012 general election....

No Juan ... it wouldn’t
Jeb Bush That POS????? LOL LOL LOL Ole Juan is out of his little mind!
Hey Juan! Go to hell!
I haven’t had that big of chuckle since this morning.
That Juan, he is such a joker.
I suprised he didn’t come up with Larry Craig and Mark Foley.
Great, Juan..thanks. When we want help from a guy who wasn’t quite liberal enough for NPR we’ll get back to ya.
I do agree that Rob Portman would make a fine Veep. But I don’t want to lose the OH senate seat, although Kasich would appoint another Republican.
Hey, Juan! Stay out da Bushes!
Juan’s trying out his new schtick as a stand epp comedian. Give us some more, Juan.
No new Bushes
I know it’s time for Sarah to jump in when I hear a ‘Bush’ being talked about.
Perfect for the Democrats, that is.... No way a Bush and Portman ticket would go ANYWHERE!
now that’s just silly...NEXT!
I’m not nearly as negative on GWB as a lot of FReepers, but I see no need for Jeb.
Do you ever wonder how it is possible for any of these people to obtain gainful employment? Juan is not alone but invariably, the word “idiot” comes to the fore whenever I see him on Fox.

That being said, he's not running so it's a moot point.
Jeb Bush? BRAAAAA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!
“STAY OUT DA BUSHES!” - Jesse Jackson
If Juan knew anything he wouldn’t be a democrat..
Juan is only around Fox because O’Really needs someone a mental midget can box around..
That’s because the liberal Juan wants Obama to win a second term!
Yeah, perfect for Obama
Is Juan Williams on meds? If not, he might consider seeing his Obamacare doctor to get some that help him see things more realistically.
“Do you ever wonder how it is possible for any of these people to obtain gainful employment? Juan is not alone but invariably, the word idiot comes to the fore whenever I see him on Fox.”
Juan Williams is a perfect example of affirmative action in action. There is no way a white guy who is as stupid as Juan Williams would get a job paying close to what Williams is making. He is an amiable liberal dunce.

Yea ... that's the ticket Juan. Thanks.
I get sooooo tired of the same old pundits: Juan, Dick Morris, Karl Rove, Mara, etc., etc., etc. Aren’t there other people around who have some interesting opinions other than the same old recycled faces?
Graham-Hensarling would be comparable. No comment about “perfect”.
Read my tag line. NO MORE BUSHS!!!!! They are all one world Globalists!
Juan Williams was not a conservative on NPR. Why do we care who he wants for the GOP Presidential Candidacy now?
“Here come the Bush/Rove crew with the next Prince in the Bush dynasty. After 12 years of Bush’s in the oval office 20 if you count Bush Sr.”
Ronald Reagan was a great man and he did great good, but he did make a few poor calls. The worst of these, and one which shall continue to cripple conservatives for years, was the selection of the original voodoo Republican:
George Herbert Walker Bush.
“Jeb is far from perfect, but he’s more conservative than his brother was, and much, much better than Romney.”
I will not argue that he is more conservative than his brother, because that is fairly easy benchmark to meet and surpass. Nevertheless, he was punked by a district court judge. He is not and never will be able to deal with truly powerful adversaries.
“Arent there other people around who have some interesting opinions other than the same old recycled faces?”

Right here, right now on FR.
CORRECTED!
Juan Williams - a monument to the quota system of affirmative action! No surprise here!
RINO Jeb Bush is for amnesty for illegal immigrants, so it’s, already, not a perfect GOP Presidential ticket, just because of this issue. Also, just vote “No” to political dynasties! No more Bushes for President, for many years if not forever.
‘Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna go home and play a little slap and tickle with the wife...’
LOL!
This guy is never right...
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me a third time, and I’m an idiot. No more globalist Bushies for this voter.
The perfect day would be if Juan got fired on Fox.
Okay Juan, you had your fifteen minutes of fame thanks to NPR. You are, always were, and always will be a lib. No true Republican voter gives a damn what you think.
