With appropriate safeguards, this would be wonderful. But hhfthere is too much common sense for the GOP. And the Dems pander to all segments of society, so they will not agree to it either.

Fong has nothing to worry about. If e verify is not accurate, US citizens slighted by the system can sue and have the courts put the system on hold. On the other hand if the system is reasonably accurate, then Congress needs to have the responsible federal agency improve on it and make it accurate. The IRS can track us down, why can’t e verify, unless globalists in the fed gov sabotage the system.
