I am Undecided
Vanity

Posted on 09/26/2011 1:20:08 PM PDT by SMGFan

I am from New Jersey and I am undecided which GOP candidate for president I support. Care to identify yourself as undecided as well and the state you live in?

Nebraska. Bachmann. Maybe Palin. I want to see how she does in a debate first though. People complain Bachmann has no results to show for her efforts, but Newt's the only guy up there that I know has had results, but you can't trust him. He's like Reagan, but occasionally, just occasionally forgets what his core beliefs are. Perry and Romney are the same, primarily interested in... being President.

They always fight for Ohio but we never get a say about who’s going to get the nomination.

I should say in addition that there’s plenty of time for either Cain to disqualify himself or one of the other candidates currently in the race to distinguish himself in a positive manner (Bachmann has, IMHO, already distinguished herself out of consideration—but I’d still vote for her over O). So I guess I’m officially “Undecided Leaning Strongly Cain” right now.

Tennessee

Palin, though after Cain's straw poll win in Florida, my assessment that he has no chance might waver a bit.

Lots of Mormons in Iowa?

Lots of Mormons in my precinct. At one point the local bishop lived next door to me, still lives in my precinct. He spoke for Mitt last time around, I think he probably will again. I threw away my vote for Fred, and a lot of my church friends voted for Huck. I tried to tell them, but no one would listen...A friend from church tested the political waters a while back, and a lot of folks heed his advice. But TPaw is already out this time, not sure who this friend is behind at this point. TPaw...They wanted me to go to the straw poll in the worst way, but I wouldn't spend a day to vote for TPaw...then he supports Mitt...I dont always make good choices, but I did this time.

I am having trouble finding any major disagreements with Cain. The biggest thing is I’m not a fan of his singing. :->

If you want to post a look-at-me vanity such as this, you'd do best to wait until a week before the primaries....who the hell knows who they're going to support at this time..........sheesh.

Lots of Mormons in my precinct.

Interesting. Learn something new everyday. I didn't think there was a large enough concentration of Mormons outside of Utah, Nevada, Southern Idaho to influence even a precinct.

Forget that he’s black and so is 1/2 Bama and only the LIEberals will make an issue of it anyway.

Actually, the fact that Cain is black is an advantage. He will be able to say whatever he wants about Obama (i.e., the truth) without fear of being labeled a "racist." Yeah, the mainstream media might call him an "Uncle Tom," but calling him that might be seen as racist. Cain's melanin content, clearly irrelevant to you or me or anyone with a brain, will free up those independents who voted for Obama out of white guilt (for something that happened a century before they were born, by the way) and allow them to choose between two candidates based upon the content of their character. That should be an easy choice. And finally--maybe--and, admittedly, this is a long shot--maybe some of the black voters who have been on the Sharpton-Jackson-Obama plantation for the last few decades might want to throw in their lot with a black man who could actually do something good for their community.

I’m in South Carolina and for Sarah 100%. Assuming she announces before the SC primary :)

Seriously, I’m for Cain right now with the right to switch to Sarah when she announces.

California.
My vote won't matter.
Nonetheless, Palin and Cain are my top two choices, with Bachmann a step down at number three.

I am from Texas and I am decided. I will vote ABO (anyone but Obama). All these people on here who say they won’t vote for so-and-so are playing right into the hands of a man who will finish off our country if re elected. My least favorites are Perry,(not what people want him to be), Huntsman(too liberal) and Johnson (too liberal), but I’d even vote for Charles Manson over Obama! No one could be as bad as he is. I like Cain the best.

I have my preferences (which are still subject to change at this point). However, regardless of who it ends up being, I WILL vote for the Republican nominee against Obama--with vigor and with great satisfaction.

Hell yeah.
