I wish Buchanan and Keyes would run again.Ron Paul will do well as people are tired of the same ole same ole and as kooky as he is he is the only real non insider as people see it.Could Paul beat Obama? I doubt it.Perry/Bolton or Perry/Bachmann or Perry/Palin could.I hope it is not too late!
who’s this knight in shining armor? Newt has successfully strategized the biggest shift to conservative congressional majority in our lifetimes. Many here underestimate his abilities. Just because he got demonized 14 years ago by the Clinton machine does not mean he cannot have success now.
Newt is radical proressive so good news if he is collapsing. Anybody who joined Amnesty, or globl warming cults and supported obamacare individual mandate have no place within conservative movement.
Bachmann is at 9%. She is the actual conservative. It is her turn. Perry is amnesty bot too so he is out.
That was my take as well. But Fox (Faux) News has made it a virtual campaign. Krauthammer, Brit Hume, Fred Barnes and, can you believe it, Dennis Miller have joined the nightly rant against Newt and this supposedly big mistake. No mention that Romney, by asking Newt to give back the money he earned in a perfectly legitimate capitalist exchange is doing exactly the same thing as Newt who they charge with nothing less than a near capital crime.
This is a made up story. Faux is the leader. Krauthammer, Hume, Barnes and Miller are, IMHO, no longer the trustworthy sources that we once knew. Too bad.
But for me it means less Fox News and more Netflix. Even my wife, Fox's biggest fan, is getting tired of it.

I haven’t even had FOX on much and haven’t seen their coverage of the comment. I just knew the second that I saw them that I wish Newt hadn’t made them. They really made me cringe as I’m sure they did many others.
How you figure? Perry, the Governor of Texas, can't even poll higher than a crazy old coot congressman from his own state.

Ha ha. Methinks Newt has a glass jaw that negative ads will quickly shatter. Romney is a crappy candidate who would likely loose to Obama, but Gingrich could implode such that it’d be a blowout. At this point, I’m not certain which would be better for the country long term.

That's true. However, it's only part of the story.
Here's the whole story. None of the candidates currently competing for the GOP nomination is electable. The GOP has plenty of one thing; nuttin'.
We're in for four more years of the Kenyan communist but in the meantime, it's entertaining to watch these mediocrities and their supporters fussin' at each other on FR.
