In honor of Presidents Day, Sarah Palin released a new video on her political action committee’s website, SarahPAC.com. The move has some asking: is Palin preparing for a brokered convention?
Entitled “Chords of Memory,” the video calls for restoring America — set against the visual backdrop of presidential monuments and Palin herself. Palin begins by saying:
We stand today at the symbolic crossroads of our nation’s history, and all around us are monuments to those who have sustained us over the years in word or deed, the towering presence of the great emancipator who secured our union at the moment of its most perilous time…
In the accompanying statement on the website, she writes:
It is refreshing to reflect on one who was so far removed in spirit from the inside baseball that too often defines politics now. America celebrates President Washington for his decision to serve for the right reasons. Today, we could certainly use a little more Washington in DC and a little less BS in Washington.
Just last week, Palin told Fox Business’ Eric Bolling that in the case of a brokered convention “all bets are off.” Saying she’d do whatever necessary to help America, she added if that meant “running for office at some point in the future, I’m game.”
Of course, the Republican primary race still has a long way to go. Start placing your bets.

She will be the one who will broker the convention.
This is getting more and more interesting.

That will really frighten the GOP-e who would like to serve us Jeb Bush and, perhaps, Lulu Graham.
As the GOP continues its merry dance toward the black room and the inevitable red death. No white knight will come out of a brokered convention, just another Republican loss and another four years of despair. It is not something to await with glee or a sense of vindication. Here’s hoping for a nominee well in advance of July, and God forbid it’s Romney.

The missing ingredient in propelling the conservatives/tea party towards a huge victory this fall is Sarah Palin, without a doubt.
Is it time for a petition drive to draft Sarah?
Yes.
It was time two years ago when I adopted my tagline. By now we have missed the window for getting her name on the primary ballots.But obviously if she were on the ballots now, she'd have the capability to compete with the remaining candidates, and probably be the only surviving anti Romney by now.
Even now, I can't find a good reason to drop my tagline. But obviously, if we couldn't agree even on FR a year ago, it will be even harder at the Republican national convention.
I keep thinking there HAS to be a way.

Seems to me her audience and her influence continue to shrink towards political irrelevance.
