Sarah Palin, in an interview with Breitbart News, responded to Fox News chief Roger Ailes remark that she had no chance of becoming president.
Palin called the Fox executives comment interesting. She continued:
I havent heard all of his remarks, but I wonder if he is aware that the same thing was said about me when I ran for city council, mayor, and eventually governor. No doubt many people who are told they cant do something will work that much harder, and they succeed. Maybe you guys should send him a copy of Steve Bannons The Undefeated. The theme of Steves film isnt about me, but about the idea of not letting others dictate ones path in life and never giving up when youre fighting for something precious like our exceptional nation and our childrens futures. So, would you send a copy of The Undefeated to him?
Mediaite reached out to Fox News, and received this response from Ailes:
When I hired most of the Republican contributors, none of them had any immediate prospects of becoming President I wasnt referring to any of their long-term prospects, including Governor Palin. I hired all of them because they made for good television at the time. Sarah Palin is young and nobody can predict the future.
Fox has only one possible choice for president.
An influential person in my life told me I’d never be a good guitarist because my handspan was to small. Guess what?
Oops—to small=too small
When she runs for president in 2016 and wins, she’ll show him.
Why does she let him get under her skin?
So having a firm grasp of the obvious is wrong? Geeez
I think this has more to do with her appearamce on another network than anything else...
“When she runs for president in 2016 and wins, shell show him.”
Make that 2012 in a brokered convention!
Sarah Palin is young, Roger Ailes is not.. and I’m a patient man.
Is Faux News committing suicide on purpose or are they just stupid? I don’t get it. They are mass producing customer dissatisfaction.
There isn’t going to be a brokered convention.
“There isnt going to be a brokered convention.”
In that case enjoy 4 more years of obama!
Fox News chief Roger Ailes ----> Chris Wallace RomneyBOT
Fox News chief Roger Ailes ----> Hyper-biased FOX NEWS ProRomney Panel on Sundays
Fox News chief Roger Ailes ----> McGinniss has been friends with Roger Ailes for 44 years
Conclusion: SMELLS LIKE MITT
Get a small guitar?
There was something that convinced Palin not to run after all the groundwork and infrastructure she and her paid consultants laid down over the summer. I’m convinced it was her high unfavorables.
The difference between her and Newt is that Palin is an intelligent person who knows when there’s nothing to be gained from running a losing campaign. Newt ignored his high unfavorables and wound up in debt. That’s why Palin might someday be president and Newt never will.
You missed the “o” because your handspan was too small...LOL
Bet you’re a helluva guitar player...God Bless
Both may be POTUS.
The problem is Romney exists only to make Obama
pRes_ _ent. Romney is ineligible like Obama
and supports ObamaCARE/RomneyCARE.
The GOP has NO chance with Bishop Romney.
Of course not, but you may find it is better to let people figure that out on their own. It seems a lot of folks are not ready to accept the political realities in front of them yet and are hanging on to things like the "brokered convention" fantasy. The general election campaign has already begun and most everyone will accept this fact over the course of the next month or two.
