I'm pretty sure Toure' is the Moroccan pronunciation of dingleberry, which is the word we kids used to describe a little ball of crap stuck to a hair at your butt.
Thus, as has been true for so many of the demoCRAP's politicians being pulled from their collective ass ... Carter, Clinton, obama, ... so is Toure'
Just another dingleberry.
