John Kerry came really close to a negative bounce after his convention. Some polls did show him losing ground after it ended.
Interesting is that John McCain, who authored the Illegal Alien Amnesty bill in 2007...got only 31% of the vote in 2008
It is a myth that you win the Hispanic vote by being openly Pro-Illegal Alien Amnesty. I cringe whenever I hear GOP make any fuss over the Hispanic vote...because that is just code for “Illegal Alien Amnesty”
Most legal Hispanics despise illegal immigration, they played by the rules, why should illegals get away with it? The GOP is stupid for not pouncing on that fact.
