I only saw a picture of a person that was related to the article - colored me surprised that that was a woman!

I have seen the Obama phone web site a while back. Not sure if its still there.
They actually claim on the site that the phones are not paid for by tax payers (the small print justified this false statement by the hand waving argument that the tax is paid by telecommunication companies and so is not a tax on people).
Yes, that is the claim that telecom companies pay for it and that they are prohibited by law to pass that cost to customers. Isn’t that a laugh?
This change since this morning! Like you said when I went there just this morning it had Obama’s picture logo and the whole works! Damn can someone find a archive of the original page?
It was made up to look like an official campaign site wasn’t it? I hammered those liberal lying @#$%suckers bigtime on the Youtube video until the comments were disabled and they all disappeared.
Beautimus! That’s it.
Does it mean that I can no longer get a free Obamafone wif mah foo stams?
Once something hits the web you can scrub all you like but it never goes away completely!
Good find. I was going to go look but you’re too fast for me.
Exactly lol!!!!
That's the funniest thing I've read all week. In the midst of these dark times, I'll just appreciate the laugh.
Thanks 2ndDivisionVet.
But they are working to scrub it. I’ve already seen some disappear from searches.
Today USF is an $8 billion annual program, nearly quadrupling in size since its inception, with the bulk of that increase going to landline and wireless phone companies.
Maybe this massive growth would be no concern if USF were a model program with a sterling reputation for efficiency. But its not. One recent study found that 59 cents of every USF dollar raised for rural networks was spent on administrative expenses and general overhead. A 2010 audit of the rural USF program found that one out of every four dollars sent to participating phone companies was an overpayment, with nearly a billion dollars unaccounted for.
Libs just cannot stand the light of day. Cockroaches!
I don’t quite know how that works but doesn’t it take a few days for a deleted/changed webpage to show up on Wayback?
