* Obamas campaign has given up on winning North Carolina, Democratic strategist Paul Begala, an adviser to the pro-Obama super PAC Priorities USA Action said in an interview Monday. Yes. I am not supposed to say that Wolf, but I work for, as you mentioned, the pro-Obama super PAC, and I am being paid to help re-elect the president. But if you look at where he is going and where he is spending money yes, it looks like Gov. Romney is likely to carry North Carolina.

I sat next to Begala in two law school classes in 1989 or ‘90. He’s not the sharpest tool in the shed . . . a little slow on the uptake. But, he’s smart enough to get this right!

NC is being infested with foreigners from the Northeast and has always had large numbers of blacks- both of whom are notorious for voting to the left.

Maryland was once considered a Southern state and it will go for obama.
It had some soldiers on both sides but stayed in the union. Nobody much considers it a southern state these days.
Maryland stopped being a Southern state shortly after Misters Mason & Dixon finished their surveying.
